We're choosing our first studios now. If yours is one of them, INKOMNIUM is free for a full year — no card on file and nothing to cancel — in exchange for honest feedback while we finish it.
Where we actually stand, so you can judge for yourself: the platform is built and tested, and payments run live on Stripe. We do not have any studios in production yet. If you come in now, you are among the first, and you should expect the rough edges that come with that.
We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out in month two.
The money is yours. All of it.
Card deposits are charged straight into your studio's own Stripe account. Your studio is the merchant of record.
INKOMNIUM never holds your money and never touches it in transit, and we take zero per-transaction fee. Our only revenue is the software subscription itself.
What it does
Four things a tattoo studio actually has to get right, and most general booking tools were never built for.
Schedules that can't double-book
Artist availability, holds and appointments in one calendar. Overlapping bookings for the same artist are rejected by the database itself, not by a warning someone can click past.
Deposits and payments
Take a card deposit when the appointment is booked and settle the balance at the counter, in card or cash. Every appointment keeps its own receipt trail.
Consent waivers on a tablet
Clients sign at the counter on a tablet, with photo ID capture. No signed waiver, no appointment — it's a hard block, not a reminder.
U.S. sales tax, properly
Tax handled at city and county level, including home-rule jurisdictions — not one flat statewide rate applied to everything.
Everyone works in their own language — your client most of all.
Many of the most respected artists in tattooing come from Latin backgrounds. INKOMNIUM is built so the artist, the front desk and the client can each work comfortably in their own language — English, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese — and above all in the client's.
